The brain of every locomotive. Works with DCC or over WiFi and handles motor, sound, lights, smoke and servos.
Description
The TruRail Decoder V4 fits inside the locomotive and turns it into a digital machine. Use it with your usual DCC system or control it over WiFi from your phone, with no extra cables.
Besides motor and lights, it has a speaker output for sound, connectors for four servos or sensors (couplers, pantographs…), a smoke generator output and a Hall sensor input. Everything is adjusted from the app: acceleration and braking curves, volumes, smoke mode or each servo's travel.
Screw terminals let you wire it up without soldering, and the output voltage is adjustable to suit each locomotive's lights and accessories.
